FSBIT Insurance Related Bill Reports -- As a new service this year, the Florida School Boards Insurance Trust (FSBIT) is providing a summary of insurance‐related legislation under consideration during the Session.  A brief summary of bills of interest is provided with hyperlinks for direct access to bill text, analysis, and other information.  This Report is updated regularly, so please check often for the latest information.

 

Annual Joint Conference Workshop and Meeting Materials -- We have posted some of the materials that were provided during our Joint Conference in Tampa, including the list and contact information for our sponsors and handouts from some of the workshops.  We will post more materials as they become available.

 

2012 FSBA Legislative Platform  -- The 2012 FSBA Legislative Platform was ratified at the Joint Conference in Tampa on December 1, 2011. The Platform includes FSBA’s Legislative Priorities, Positions on Issues of Continuing Concern, and Federal Relations Network Platform.
