The Florida School Boards Association would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor during the upcoming year. Relationships with our sponsors are essential to the shared pursuit of a higher quality of education for all of Florida's children.
Several events are planned this year which will be attended by school board members, superintendents and many other educational personnel representing numerous organizations.
There will be stimulating and informative guest speakers, sessions dealing with the latest educational issues, lively round table discussions and time for exchanging ideas with other participants.
Networking with conference attendees will allow each sponsor to share useful information and new ideas for products and marketing.
Sponsorships are available for a variety of functions and rates.
Full Sponsor of Event:
For a sponsorship of $6,000, the sponsor is entitled to a 1 to 2 minute presentation at the sponsored event, four complimentary conference registrations and personal networking with event attendees. Our staff will include your literature or promotional items with packets that are distributed to all school board members and other conference attendees.
Co-sponsor of Event:
For a sponsorship of $3,500, each co-sponsor is entitled to three complimentary conference registrations and personal networking with event attendees. Our staff will include your literature or promotional items with packets that are distributed to all school board members and other conference attendees.
Reception Sponsor:
For a sponsorship of $2,500, the sponsor's name and pertinent information will be prominently displayed during the reception. Two complementary conference registrations will be provided.
Coffee Break Sponsor:
For a sponsorship of $1,500, the sponsor's company name and pertinent information will be prominently displayed during the break. One complimentary conference registration will be provided.
Each sponsor or co-sponsor will be verbally recognized and thanked during their sponsored event and a professionally rendered sign noting your company as a sponsor will be prominently displayed.
Breakfasts, Luncheons, Speakers, and Special Events are available for either full or co-sponsorships.
Receptions are available at the $2,500 level.
Coffee Breaks are available at the $1,500 level.
All attendees are provided a brochure with each sponsor's company name, contact person, address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address.
The FSBA staff will be happy to assist all sponsors in distributing sponsor materials during the conference.
